Costs & Cost Coverage

The costs for osteopathic treatment depend on the individual service provided and cannot be billed as a flat rate.

A treatment should approach the person holistically and take into account all aspects of their well-being. Therefore , the price varies depending on the extent and type of service provided . In general, the price for an osteopathic treatment is between €120 and €165.

The duration of a session is usually 60 to 90 minutes.

Osteopathic treatments are classified as private services and I cannot bill health insurance companies directly. It is therefore necessary to pay the bill on site after the treatment.

Whether your health insurance covers the costs of osteopathic treatment depends on the respective health insurance company and your insurance tariff .

It is advisable to check with your health insurance provider in advance whether and to what extent the costs will be covered. Some statutory and private health insurance providers as well as international health insurance providers may cover part of the costs on a goodwill basis or as part of certain treatment rates, even if I do not have direct health insurance approval, as this is not granted abroad.

Please note, however, that there is usually no legal entitlement to reimbursement of costs by health insurance companies.

Please also note that a flat fee of €100 will be charged if a confirmed appointment is not kept and is not cancelled at least 6 hours in advance.
